These Asian style wings are made with Sriracha......need I say more?!  For those of you that don't know about the famous "rooster sauce", it is a spicy & tangy hot sauce from Thailand.   Next time you are in the mood for some buffalo wings, try these Sriracha wings instead!!  Enjoy :-)

2 lbs Chicken Wingettes (about 12 pcs)
 1 tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
 ¼ Onion, grated
 ¼ tsp Ginger, grated
 2 Cloves garlic, grated
 2 tbsp Agave (or Honey)
 ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
 ¼ cup Soy Sauce
 ¼ cup Sriracha Sauce
 ¼ cup Water
 ¼ tsp Cumin powder
 ¼ tsp Coriander powder
 1 tbsp Butter
Garnish
 Sesame seeds
 Cilantro
1

Pre-Heat Oven to 500 degrees. Spray cooking spray on the bottom of a baking dish.

2

Toss the wings with the Steak Seasoning and put chicken in single layer on the baking dish.

3

Bake for 25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and slightly browned.

4

In a saute pan over high heat add the rest of the ingredients (except butter), Bring to boil and decrease heat to low; to reduce sauce.

5

Once sauce is “chutney like” Melt 1 Tbsp of butter in the saute pan with additional Sririacha (if needed). I usually add about 2 Tbsp extra to make it spicier.

6

Coat all wings with the sauce. Make sure you get all the sauce!!!

7

Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds and Cilantro

8

Enjoy
