Ingredients:
1Tbsp cumin seeds
3 inches grated ginger
1 cup tomato sauce
1 med onion, processor
8 cloves garlic, processor
4 large potatoes chopped small
1 tsp lal mirch (optional)
2 tsp salt
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp coriander Powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 Tbsp Aloo Masala (Roopakâs)
2 Tbsp Kasoori Methi
1 cup yogurt (whipped right before adding)
3-4 cups water (if you want thick or thin)
Sprinkle garam masala (1-2 tsp)
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Chopped Serrano Chili (optional garnish)
