Air-Fried Sweet Chili Salmon with pineapple-mango salsa


This is a family favorite recipe that is made & enjoyed week after week.

We pick up fresh faro island salmon from the fish monger every week and it is air fried with the sweet chili marinade and served with different sides weekly. Normally we have it with rice, veggies, salad & when mango is in season…I always love making a simple salsa to kick it up a notch.

Salmon (salt & pepper the filets)
*can use lemon pepper to season also
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1-2 Tbsp Tamari or Soy sauce
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp chopped scallions

**if you like a sweeter salmon, less soy.
