Ingredients:
2 Avocados, mashed (halved, pitted, removed from peel, scoop out with spoon and mash. Keep pit if saving guacamole for later)
¼ Large sweet onion, finely chopped (I used a mini-chop)
¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
2 Ripe plum tomatoes, chopped
1 Jalapeno, finely chopped
1 Extra large garlic clove, minced
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Cumin
1 tsp Cholula hot sauce
1 Lime, juiced
Directions:
1
In a large bowl add all of the above ingredients and combine well.
2
Add more salt, jalapeños & Cholula to your taste.
3
Tip: If you are storing guacamole in the fridge; store with the pits of the avocado to delay the darkening.

Guacamole is perhaps one of the few healthy dips that is also happens to be delicious! Lovely preparation.
