Mango Avocado Salsa.........doesn't it just sound like Summer? This is my new favorite dip, snack, topper....etc. It is a truly refreshing dip and taste great on top of my Chipotle Baked Chicken (recipe coming in a few days)
Ingredients:
2 Avocados, cut in small cubes
1 Large Mango, cut in small cubes
½ cup Vidalia onion, diced
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Jalapeno, diced
½ cup Chopped Cilantro (not packed)
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Cumin
1 Lemon, juiced

In a large bowl, Combine all the ingredients Above & ENJOY!
If storing for later:

to store the salsa for later, reserve the pits from the avocado and add to your storage bowl
